Refund policy

Goods bought online are non-refundable. Store credit or exchange - no cash refunds allowed if the order is cancelled.

If your item is eligible for a refund under your statutory consumer rights, then we will process the refund in line with applicable Irish and EC consumer law.

Where a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We cannot refund to a different card or bank account.

If the original card has been replaced by the issuer, the refund may be credited to the replacement card or account connected to that payment method.

We are unable to process refunds to a different credit card, debit card or bank account unless by law or agreed in writing at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer law.
