Delivery Information

Delivery will take place from Monday to Saturday. If goods are in stock they will be delivered between 1 – 3 Weeks.
You will receive an exact delivery date and confirmed sales order acknowledgement via email within 48 hours of placing the order. Please note that in order to deliver the most efficient service our delivery team operates on a set delivery route so we may not be able to deliver your order on a set date, but we will do our best to accomodate you. If you are unable to accept delivery on the date advised, your goods will be stored Free of Charge for a maximum period of 4 weeks. If longer than 4 weeks a charge of €50 will apply for each week thereafter.

For An Post eligible products, FREE Delivery is available for orders amounting to €125 and above. For orders less than €125 a standard delivery fee of €5.95 is applied at the time of checkout. Please note that AN Post is not obliged to call the customer in advance nor do they send a text alert in advance of delivery – it is the responsibility of the person to be present on the day of the expected arrival of the delivery (as per our email) to accept the delivery from the driver.

For Furniture items, FREE delivery is available for orders within a 50km radius. FREE Delivery in ROI on ALL Furniture orders over €3,000. Delivery to NI on request. Delivery over 50km distance on request.

Furniture delivery will be to your front door or will be to the entrance of your property. If you require your furniture to be placed in a specific room we are happy to do this, however, we cannot accept any liability for any occurrence that might take place thereon. We will ensure that all packaging plastic and cardboard is removed from your house unless you specifically request that the goods be left unpacked, however, if you have any issue with your goods then you must notify our customer service department within 3 working days of the delivery.

We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection. This email will include your order number & details of when to collect your order, approximate time frame for in stock items 1- 11 days for Home Accessories & Furniture.
